Man arrested as part of investigation into exposure incidents in Emsworth

Officers investigating two exposure incidents in Emsworth have made an arrest.

We received a report that on 7 November 2025, a man was seen exposing himself on Roedeer Close.

We received a second report on 28 January 2026, that a man was reportedly seen exposing himself on New Brighton Road.

Officers have arrested a 52- year-old man from Emsworth on suspicion of exposure.

He has been bailed with conditions until 28 April whilst enquiries continue to establish the full circumstances.

Local Inspector Neal Harvey said, “These incidents have understandably caused concern for the local community and we are carrying out a thorough investigation to establish the full circumstances.

“Uniformed officers are regularly patrolling in the area and we also hold Beat Surgeries at the Methodist Church in Emsworth. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page for the next meeting date and come and speak to an officer if you have any concerns.”
